FCMB Launched flexx entrepreneurship masterclass series for Nigerian students

First city monument Bank, FCMB has kicked off it's flexx entrepreneurship masterclass series with a debut in Nigerian premier higher institution, the university of Ibadan.

This is in line with the bank commitment to support the aspirations of it's customes, including the teeming Nigerian youths who are interested in starting and growing successfull business. Through the initiative, FCMB aims to help young and budding Nigerian entrepreneurs develop there business skills by giving them access to practical training, facilitated by seasoned and successfully expert's.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has commenced the process of recruitment as approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria by opening its Portal to receive applications from suitably qualified candidates for employment into the various cadres of the Corps , namely, the Officer cadre, Marshal Inspectorate (MI) cadre, and the Road Marshal Assistant (RMA) cadre in a nationwide recruitment exercise. According to Bisi Kazeem, the Corps Public Education Officer, for the Officer cadre, candidates are expected to possess a first degree from recognized institutions, NYSC Discharge Certificates, and must not be more than 30 years of age. Singer Dr Sid allegedly 'ruffled' by SARS officials in Lekki

Singer  Dr Sid  was allegedly harassed by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigerian Police Force on Wednesday, who mistook him for an internet fraudster (“Yahoo Boy”). An eyewitness simply identified as Laide,  speaking to Instablog9ja  said the officers “insulted” and attempted to “assault him physically”. Laide said the incident occured on Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1 and that after Dr. Sid was stopped and the officers carried out “routine check” but found nothing. They later seized his phone, Laide added. “Thanks to ReekadoBanks and K-Solo who were there, before (Basketmouth) who was driving by saw them and stopped to know what was wrong. Then it dawned on the SARS operatives that these guys were not their ‘yahoo boy customer’ Ise baje,” the eyewitness added.

Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose has raised alarm over alleged plot by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Dr. Kayode Fayemi to implicate him and some chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with murder. The governor alleged that a meeting on the plot was held in Isan-Ekiti, the hometown of Fayemi, the flag bearer of the APC in the July 14, 2018 governorship election. He alleged that a certain thug popularly known as Agbara was assigned with the task of killing people and dumping their corpses in houses belonging to PDP chieftains as well as Fajuyi Park.
